ZERO BLOAT - not bad for a fat kid - thanks ANAFIT

I have always been chubby. Fat is midsection, love handles and lower back. I am bulking now and expected to see a lot of bloat.

Currently running Andropen 275 wk, Test E 250 wk, Deca 250 wk, and 50mg Dbol (dbol is one more week)

I am 3 weeks into this cycle and have gained about 13lbs. I have not gotten bloated at all - I mean not one bit. Not even in my face - which I expected to moon-out for sure. Diet is decent - between 3500-4000 cals a day, but to get my cals in I am eating a few burgers a week, eating whole eggs, drinking a gallon of milk a day, etc.

I am taking 2 pumps of AIFM daily and .25mcgs of Liquidex daily. Is it really this simple??????

Ag-Guys and Anafit are the best - period. :)

SHit man I eat 6 double hamburgers plain!! From Mcdonalds everyday!! Love For the $6 it costs me I cant beat it. I dont worry about getting chubby I went on a cutting diet lst year just to see for myself if i could do it. It is hard work but had a full 6 pck intercostils etc. after 6-8 weeks of harcore dieting and believe it or not..... No clen, No winny NO Nothing Comp-lete without help of one supplement except a few OTC water pills
BULK=MASS=SIZE=EAT YOUR BRAINS OUT!!!!!!!!

MacDonald's hambugers certainly aren't the healthiest food in the world -- no fiber or antioxidants. But, it's decent protien, a small amount of carbs and not too much fat (as long as you skip the cheese).

I say you can eat them on a regular basis and still stay lean.

so 6 is just over 1/2 lb...
...now i am the biggest fan in the world of red meat... but mc d's is just plain garbage in my opinion...

seems like your cycle is coming along bro... im sure some of the 13lbs is water... its just being stored in your muscles... which is good...
personaly... on my cycle of test p... with eod injections of 150mg... i didnt notice any bloat unti week 5ish... and i took letro at 2.5mg from week 3 until pct was finished... as soon as i went into pct all the bloat stopped... so it is possible you may get a little further in... but everyone reacts differently...
also youre using AIFM... which i have heard nothing but good reviews on... and that may be your saving grace... im definately going to have to try it out next round... hopefully before the year is up...

Glad to see you're using AG Guys Liquidex. I actually use the aromasin right now, because I don't need much on my current doses.

once you've gotten in your protein from regular sources - maybe lean beef, eggs, milk, whey powder, whatever... on a bulker some mc d's are a great way to stuff down some cals... try eating 5k++ clean... just not worth it... ice cream, burgers, it's all good... :chomp:

That's why I've moved to ground Buffalo. It tastes just like beef and lean as hell, a little expensive, but wth. And for some reason Buffalo meat does not make you bloat like most red meat does. Maybe because of the GH they inject in it. :p

reindeer is awesome if you can get it - really lean, i think amongst the leanest red meats around :)
 
A double hamburger from McDonalds contains:

360 calories
26g protein
33g carbs
17g fat

Just a little high on fat but not too bad overall.
 
the trans fats and all that stuff in the McD's is what is bad. i'd much rather go buy 2 pounds of 90% lean chopped meat and make something with more protein and better macros overall. but to each his own, what works for one wont for another. good job finding what does work.
