Most of it is an everyday thing for me.
WPC, Dextrose, ALA, B-50, Multivitamin/mineral, BCAA's, Ginger root 1g, Fiber, Flaxseed oil, ZMA or plain Zinc at night, and cassein at night.
1AD is what i'm taking now. Trib. and Maca is what i'll take afterwards. Creatine i'll start again to help me keep my gains w/ 1AD after i finish the cycle. Cranberry and Milk Thistle i use before and after a cycle to help my liver and kidneys out.
Only supplement left is N-A-C, and i'll probobly never take it again since ALA increases Glutathione levels as well as NAC. So i'll toss the NAC.
