Hey Bran! What's up? How you doing? I would give you karma but I must spread it around.

For all your meats and fishes incorporate lemon juice. Also, try some honey as well. There are a million and one things you can do, but off the top of my head are prunes, apricots and cranberries are just some things that will heighten any meat dish. You can crush them and sprinkle or stuff them into your meats, as the flavouring will infuse into the meat with heat. Won't be overpowering, but just enough to add some zip! I can go on and on. Get creative man.

I'm trying to get creative! I'm sorry but how do you put fruit in your meat?

I'm so much better cooking food then actually having to explain it, as I don't know all the lingo.

It depends how you cook your meat. You can always make a sauce and baste your meat. Fruit can always be crushed and prepared into a sauce, then poured/basted over the meat. Or, you can always cut slivers of fruit (or just use the whole fruit if it's not too big) and sprinkle it over meat. Or you can get creative and cook it between meat pieces. For instance, sometimes I will tie together two chicken breasts and stuff the pocket with an herbal/fruit mixture, depending on what I'm making of course. The meat will most likely have been marinated already.

Too many recipes to list, but I mostly do my own thing anyway. How food creative are you Bran?
 
I am so sick of tabasco sauce.
When I was back in res sometimes I'd order in chicken and reheat the leftovers the next day and eat it with tabasco sauce. I now officially dont like tabasco sauce.

TRYING to get better, like I was pretty excited when I found out I could put carb control BBQ sauce in my tuna instead of eating it plain :(

I want to build a cookbook for myself and I am trying to get started.
