Heres an easy recipe for some awesome chicken:
Buy a fryer hen at the store, precut if your lazy like me, rip all the skins and fat off. Doesn't take long. Get a decent sized plastic container with a lid, throw the chicken in. Fill it 1/2 the way up the chicken with water, then the rest with apple cider vinegar, then put a generous ammount of basalmic vinigar in. Add to that thin cut fresh ginger, 1/4 cup, 2 cloves crushed or minced garlic, 2-3 sprigs worth of rosemary leaves, a teaspoon or more cheyenne pepper, teaspon of salt too.
Let it sit overnight, grill the next day. Don't waste the leftover chicken parts. Make some soup stock out of it.
