oooh, I also jsut tried carbcountdown chocolate, it's fucking awesome! I've been using it as pre bed time meal, with a scoop of protein. I've been buying regular countdown for a while now and mostly use it to splash my coffee with.

cottage is fat free when I buy it from trader joes, low fat when i get the big fuckers from costco (I go through one of those big containers per week). Feta is regular, I've yet to see a fat free version of it
Trader Joes also has Fat Free Yogurt cheese slices which I often use on top of omelletes, chicken, etc....

I've been loosing weight over the last couple of months. I also clamped down on my carbs, it's mostly my first two meal of the day ( meal 1 protein poder, oatbran, flax seed meal; meal 2 cottage cheese or apple sauce combo) and post workout. The rest of my meals are primarily protein and fats, that's helped out a lot. Not the best for strength but I'm going to concentrate on fat loss for while.
I liek almosds but they are much more calorie and fat heavy, meaning that you have to eat less of them than you would with peanuts or cashews. Almonds do have a better EFA profile though, but I eat plenty of flax seed meal through out the day.
