I doubled the purple bands recently with 315 on the bar, not quite realizing the diff. doubling the bands makes and I almost sliced my body in half with the bar it came at me so fast. The whole gym, most of whom already look at me funny b/c of the shit I do, was staring at me. I pressed it after I stopped giggling like a little girl
