Hi there, I was wondering if you could clue me in on the best skakes, bars and powders. I am trying to lose some fat so I prefer low-fat products. I am not a heavy lifter, though I do a lot of yoga and cardio, so I doubt I need over 100 gams of protein a day. I am hoping for the highest concentration of vitamins, minerals, and suppleents possible. It doesn't have to be delicious, but palatable would be nice. Thank you in advance for your time.

oooooooooooooooooooooo

ok. they're all gross so try to stick to real clean food. thats ur best bet. myoplex, designer protein... etc.. whatever..they're all the same. use sparingly..

as for eating low fat -- u need good fats in ur diet so dont cheat urself. make sure ur getting enough healthy fats in ur diet...if u dont.. u wont lose fat.

lots of cardio and yoga may make u thin but it wont make u hard... key is to gain lean body mass which will boost ur metabolism and lower ur body fat ----->> to do this u need to lift weights that are challenging (heavy) and u need to eat protein... a good amount of it too! i would shoot for 120-130grams a day...at least.

i think u should browse the diet and training boards some more too...try to read up as much as u can.
lots of luck!
