For Tuna i mix Mayonaise, rellish and chopped up celery, put it on wheat bread, or sometimes just snack it with some crackers
 
Tuna in a tomato

Cut out the tomato stem - core out the inside (seed part) make your tuna and spoon the tuna into the tomato - and nuke for 40-50 seconds.

cut down the middle and serve

Tuna in a tomato
Tomatoes seem to give me a high degree of satiety. They have lycopene which you'll have a hard time getting anywhere else. They also have only 25 calories, a third of which are fibre!

I would prefer to make the alteration of chopping the tomato up and mixing it up with the tuna. I would eat both raw, but things seem to get messy when one tries to eat raw tomatoes, LOL!!!
