You take anything for gut?

do you guys take anything for your gut help?
I'm talking about enzyme, probiotic, kombucha, stuff like that or do you just wing it?
I just got done taking antibiotics for a stubborn bout of pneumonia I got after my COVID and I read that I should be taking something after for my gut Flora

i don't eat things that bother my gut and if i happen to do it i will usually take some activated charcoal

if you are a person though that eats things that bother your stomach try digest gold enzyme

eat real food so that you don't have any gut problems.......

I don't because I manage it through diet but you can look into some probiotics. Get ones that are refrigerated though, not pills.
