You put your body through hell during training, but what are you doing to enhance both growth and recovery.

Post up folks!!
 
My new thing is liquid calories. I hardly drink water now, except when I'm lifting. I'm always drinking iced tea, or milk, or apple juice, or vegetable juice, or something like that.


BTW, Taco Bell has 49 cent tacos on Sunday. I got 20. I think I'm on like number 7 or something, lol.

i eat what i want....and when i want it, so i get plenty of feul to go to my much needed nutritional demands.

Winters, my gut feeling tells me that you are eating enough. . .so I am not worried about you lol.
 
I'm never hungry and my appetite sucks so It's really hard but I do my best. Could be much better though. Is there anything that increases appetite? Besides marijuana...
