really? well ive been training since 14, powerlifting since 18 and im turning 26 next week. im more flexible and mobile than any one i know, my joints are as strong and healthy as they can possibly be. only thing i have to complain about is a little patella tendonitis in my knees. my back is like steel, and i lift shit all day long at work then go to the gym and deadlift and squat as heavy as possible. i suppose i will suddenly fall apart though
powerlifting doesnt destroy joints and bodies, lifting like a dumbass with poor technique does
