when should you apply it during the day and what should you be doing? like is excerise required after applying it , or after you come back from the gym you shower , then apply it and just sit and relax. Also how are everyones results with yohimburn on its own not using nyc or clen, cause they cant ship nyc to canada anymore, damn customs.

when should you apply it during the day and what should you be doing?

if you are applying once a day then in the AM, before workout and before bed(if it does not keep you up) are the most common choices. You do not have to workout after to get results (though working out and dieting are necessary for best results). Some people like to take 30-40min prior to workout as it does have some stimulant effects.

How long will that last me ? And how long can you use it, do you have to cycle off ? Shit if not I will go 12 weeks and post my cut up results after the fina, winny,test, liquidex, proviron,clen and T3.

I use it for 6 weeks at a time. If you use it once a day like I do now that will last you 18 weeks. If you use it like Fonz it will get through next week. j/k
If you're using it twice a day it should last you 3 months.

so if you use it twice a day, right in the morning, before workout , or after your shower when your home, pick 2 of those times and apply each day? What is the general alotted time when you start seeing results?
