Yohimburn... the first day
I'm gonna keep a sort of "journal" on my Yohimburn use and results. Yohimburn experts, please feel free to critique it and make suggestions.
I have one question first: After the yohimburn dries and/or fully seeps into my skin, there's some sandy, grainy stuff left on my skin. Is this stuff important? Should it be sitting on my skin, or is it supposed to have gotten under somehow??
Ok, here's day one:
The plan: 2000-2100 calories (approximately 700-1000 calories below my usual maintenance calories).
Breakfast, 10 am.: 600 cal. 40 g. protein
Went to work till 3:30 pm. (I'm a cashier)
Gyms are closed for thanksgiving, so I'll walk home (nearly a two hour walk)
Before I start my walk, i apply half a pippette to each side of my chest, especially on the nipples. It burns like Ben Gay after it seeps in, reasuring me that it is indeed inside me
I take an ECA stack as well as 1,000 mg. of l-tyrosine. Unfortunately, i cant shower or exfoliate before applying, because i am in a public restroom in a gas station. I leave the restroom smelling like ground zero of a peppermint bomb. I try to avoid people as i walk out the door. The gas-station's cashier (a girl) is eyeing me suspiciously as i leave. Perhaps i was in the bathroom too long for her comfort. Or perhaps she is desperately attracted to me for my wild minty-smell and wants to have me, right there and then.
I begin my walk home.
5:30 pm: I get home and eat 600 cal. (40 g. protein)
I go to the bathroom to examine my nipples, hoping beyond hope that, after only one application, i will be completely nipple-less-- perhaps i will even have deep, crater-like "anti-nipples".
Oh well, I had to be content with the fact that my nipples did seem smaller, and were in fact hard and tight when i took my shirt off instead of rounded and "cone-shaped".
7:30 pm... eat more, lots of protein
10:00 pm... eat again, lots of protein
I'll apply the same half-pippette to each side of my chest before bed.
The long-term plan: Half pippete to each side twice a day. 3 days on, 2 off. Then 4 days on, 2 off. Then 4 days on, 3 off. I'm trying to work my on/off days so that i have yohimburn on my workout/cardio days.
