I just started using mine. Used it about 4 times now. Not noticing much improvement, but im debating stopping use until I focus specifically on cutting. Im still bulking right now, and I would think id see results much quicker if I were specifically trying to cut.

Im kinda on the fence right now, but ill update when I decide what im gonna do.

when bulking light use (if at all)- and you will see best results in areas with little fat (ie face)
