120mg fina daily mixed with the Y should suffice. Unless menthol+acetate=shit.

What is a high dosage??? It is all individual- based on NE tolerance, NE sensitivty, thickness of skin, area of application---- these things vary a lot... for instance 150mg a day is a REGULAR dosage for some for others it is a high to very high dosage.

How do you determine what a high dosage is? increase dosage until you start to feel some of the unpleasant side effects (chills, tiredness, headache). then take about 20% less.


1/4 pippette is apprx .7ml
each ml contains apprx 30mg
1/4 pippette contains apprx 20-22mg of yohimbine hcl

shit in that case if 1/4 pipette contains about 20mg, then I've been using 210+mg p/day, with no sides.

which size bottle are you using?
the pippettes are different sizes-
plus bulb ratio to pippette are not the same
the pippette measurement above are for the 4oz bottle.

Anyways I just got some Liquidex in the mail today so I'm gonna stack that with the Yohimburn along with my gear . I took my first dose of Liquidex tonight and start back on Yohimburn tommorrow so I'll keep posting on my results.

BTW- how's SD? Have I already asked you that? I used to live in Pacific beach, god I miss it. Anyways have you heard anything bout the Mex border and if things are crazy? I'm planning on taking a trip down on Fri. Well peace my So-Cal neighbor.

border is slow (1-3hr but can be faster), PB is quiet (but nice ).

Liquidex is a good addition to any stack- or even for use off cycle to minimize estrogen (especially if you have higher natural levels of aromatase)

Ok...I found out I did have a hernia, but its not that bad the surgeon said...I have to go back next week for a follow up. This mother fucker pushed my shit back in manually or something...i never had pain like that...and I never knew you could reach your stomach through your nut sac...no lie thats what he did....2 fingers like into my sac up into my lower abdomen...hes like...you fell that.....fuckin bastard.....so no operation i dont think...good news..now i can get my fat ass up and move while on the yohimburn.....
