it does. im just waaaaaay up in the north. it was established as a military city, and since the army is pumping so much money into the place, along with the mines and the cattle industry, lots of building is going on, so you get thousands of guys from the army/navy, thousands more from the mines, and thousands on top of that coming up from other cities to work in building for a while, all competing for the local girls. then throw in all the visiting navy guys (italy, the US, indonesia etc etc) and you get an effective 4:1 ratio for men:women, with zero pressure on chicks to look good, so the ratio of men to hot chicks is more like 50:1

trust me, if you can get laid here...you can get laid ANYWHERE.
