to keep a long story short
best friend ran a cycle like mine .I came off to clean out he didnt aand has been on 6 months straight.
eq at 400-600 mg a week
test at 500-750-mg a week
with 3-4 months of orals
(thats all i can get out of him might have been higher )

I used smaller dosed then him and drank lots of water...

he on the other hand used alot more and has not come off ...

At dinner I suggested him to come off and start pct. clomind and hcg

I read juanice yellow eyes. is do to the liver trying to destroy old blood cells while the body rejuvinates new ones...if its is not functioning properly then eye yellowing occurs...

give me some advice to pass on to him.. his eyes are so bad he wont really even look at people and he is always dumping eye drops in his eyes every time I see him...

milk thistle extract? 2 gallons of water a day?
he wants to switch over to hgh at 4 iu a day to cleanse his body from roids but not lose muscle...

wow guys I didnt know it was so serious .I just called him and he is afraid to go and tell the doctor what happened.... he asked what drug would a doc perscribe or what would the doc suggest him to do.

I'm gonna tell him just fucking go to the doc and find out ...i dont know if he has insurnace but geeze only 50 bucks for a walk doc and some meds is better then having liver failure

yellow eyes = could be in a world of shit, definitely not a good sign. i hope he turns out ok but he has to go to a doctor or even the E.R.

It could mean that the liver can't process something of what he is taking(most likely is barilium, that makes you turn a shade of yellow)-quite normal with orals abuse. Orals need to be used sparingly otherwise it can be a serious problem. Some ppl are more sensitive than others-he could be one of those ppl.
Like many here are saying he needs to stop orals and injectables and see a doctor. Milkthistle can help, he should have been taking this during the orals cycles as well.
No offense but this friend of yours is a mess, ask him to check his prostate as well-I bet is swollen like a baseball!
 
I have seen people who have had similar symptoms but no where near as bad. Its a good idea that hes off to the ER. Your buddy messed up big time.
 
Hope he gets some help bro, let us know. All the screwing around aside online i hate to see a guy get fucked up that way.
 
He not conjugating and excreting billirubin.....means his liver fuction is quite low.....he needs treatment before he gets fulfilment liver failure....at least he stopped the orals, thats the first step. Hes getting clay/whitish stools cuz hes not excreting bile....again his liver is hurting.

HEs being retarded...fuck HGH and everything else....he has to worry about saving his liver and hope its not so fucked he will have problems from here out.

PS. Painless jaundice with hepatomegly could be a sign of pancreatic cancer...tumor goes through the pancreatic duct and blocks the common bile duct.....best case scenario if you have pancreatic cancer......but lucky for him, its from his juice.

Tell him to go to the ER right now. It does not matter if he can pay or not. By law all ER's in the US have to treat patients with life threatening conditions regardless if they an pay or not. I know because I work in one. Tell him to be honest about what he has been doing. He will not get in any trouble. Go with him if its makes him feel more relaxed.

wow i have done alot of stuff to my liver and have seen others do the same. And i have never heard of anything like this. it could be alot of things tho, hopefully something that will be curable.
 
he is went to the er and ended up in intensive care and he is still their..
i finally got ahold of his wife around 6pm tonight she has been at the hospital all day...she said he has iv's in each arms they are removing blood he has way to much red blood cells and giving him new healthy blood.
they cut him open to do a liver biopsey they will know tommaro if he needs a liver transplant or if he has heptitis a..

I can't belive this is happening .I'm going to visit him on sunday during visting hours...to see if i can find out more...
 
Holy shit! This whole thing sounds bad. I am a newbie here and have never used gear (yet). This makes me nervous to try it. Is this from taking too many orals as opposed to injections? Damn....

well as far as transplants go, they can repair even severely a damaged liver without a transplant. my dad who is in his 70's had cirrosis and didnt need a transplant. it kinda sounds like he did more to his liver than what was mentioned. drinking, drugs etc

I hope it all works out for him.

To make the story even shorter, Stop everything taken orally for a while, drink tons of water do lots of cardio and get your kidneys (and liver) back on track. U cant live without them!!

she called me today around 10pm she wants to take the steroid vials to the docotor to show him what he was on my best guess I can almost be sure of it is he told the doc he was on 17-hd halodrol and that cuased it.

. "elevated bilirubin" is what the doct told her that it prob is
becuase of the body trying to detroy old redblood cells...they think the " ducts in his liver might be clogged" but the doctors cant just say that with out doing a biopsey of the liver in case he does have somthing else cuasing it he could die if thats not treated...like caner,liver faliure,hepatitis or another factor...

i dont think his cycle was all that out ragious but he did drink more then he should and prob drank more then I knew about along with ephedrine,excess caffine and rec drugs use....

I'll let ya guys know what I can find out
 
I'm very glad he went in, ICU is the best place for him. I hope he gets better. My thoughts are with him and his family. Keep us posted on his progress.

Not his kidneys here, its his liver....coulb be several causes for his jaundice ie cancer or ductal problem preventing the bili from being excreted....hep (his ALT would be in the 1000s for him to be like this.

As far as transplants go.....not a fun ride, you need to be on immunosuppressants your whole life and the wait list is a long one. Truem the liver can repair itself, but not from viral hepatitis, liver cysts from AD or AR PKD or chirosis, the scar tissue can not be fixed...transplants are needed.
 
he is gonna be o.k he has " toxic hepatitis" meaning drug induced and after the drugs are stopped it should go away on its own after a week or two..

he told the doc he had no idea what was cuasing it.. so the doctor did a liver biopsey... after the blood test came back the doctor questioned steroids he admitted that he used steroids...

so the doctor just said something like this " stay here 3 more days on IV drips your stable untill you regain some strenght becuase by looking at you I know when you leave youll be right back in the gym. but you need rest but i still need to run some test to make sure you do not have any other contributing factors"

so looks like he is gonna fair well. he told me today he has sworn off all oral steroids for the rest of his life..
come to find out he told me
he ran for 12 weeks
600 eq
300 test
450 deca
with anavar the first 8 weeks at 60mg a day
then instead of stopping he bridged with tbol for 4 weeks
then hit the second cycle
12 weeks
600eq
500test
500 deca
and jumped back on anvar for 8 weeks right after 4 weeks of tbol..

so he ran orals for 8 weeks then 4 weeks off then 12 weeks....

so any of you guys that are running these long ass cycles besure to protect yourself keep watching your stool,eye and skin color..and adjust the drugs

he should have told the doctor everything in the first place and he should stay away from drinking, rec drugs and steroids for a long time.
 
I'm just happy your buddy is going to be OK.
I dont care to see anybody in the hospital over Liver or Kidney problems, that could've been avoided.

Couldn't have said it better myself, I'm glad he is going to be ok though but what was he thinking with so many orals? Holy shit this is first time I hear anybody be on orals for this long.
 
This reminds me of the first time I ever got gear. Years ago a "buddy" gave me a bottle of d-bol(I think) and told me to take a few a day until the bottle was empty. No PCT, no AI, no injectable to stack with it, nothing. lol

I ended up taking about half the bottle and then throwing away when nothing happened.

ahh...ignorance is bliss.

I very sorry to hear of your friend and his illness, it sound like he was doing too many things and you mention rec drugs on top of this, rec drugs are evil

I hope they find what wrong with him and there is no further damage to his body
as someone else say the kidneys would be next

update

his liver is not swollen . his rbc was and still is to high...

the doctor toold him like this...
take a sponge porr water through it goes right through (normal liver)
take a sponge poor motor oil through it takes alot longer( clogged liver)

no toxid build up from the oral steroids at . the doctor could only find
thick blood and high redblood cell count..

so high he was making new bedblood cells and the ones were dying off..
down in the liver is where they get filters out destroyed and excreted...
scence he has so many he was backing up like syrup and bile was comming out of his skin, eyes,feces and urine...

its gonna take weeks to get the old bllod cells out of his body and get the rbc count down to the normal range...

his cycle was
600mg of eq
test 500mg
deca 450mg
for 3 months first 8 weeks anavar

1 months bridge with tbol 60mg a day

then back to eq at 600mg
test 500mg
deca 550
with anavar for 8 weeks
he had just made it to week 11 when the juandice occured and stopped a weak early..


it was not the orals becuase the liver never swelled/inflammed

This is why babys get jaundiced after birth for about a week.....mothers RBCs are being broken down (lots of them) and the baby starts to make its own RBCs.....so you get some Jaundice......i think there is more there than just RBC turnover, there needs to be a LOT of red cell death to get jaundiced from the billi unless there is something else going on.
 
Anavar is known for increasing rbc's. Anavar increases mine after taking it for only a couple weeks so I can imagine his were really high. Surprised he didn't develope blood clots. Sounds like he stupidly learned the hard way.

thanks for the info read rbc counts were high with EQ but never read that about anavar.

The doctors said red blood cells to many dying off so fast the liver and gall bladder cant handle it...he did mention the doc said that his gall bladder might have a duct blocked with a gallbladder stone or a liver duct clogged with iron or some kinda heavey metal.... jason goes in for more testing..
but so far the docs point to high red blood cells death and the ultrasound didnt pick up swelling or a blockage....

2 gallons of distilled water a day is what he was told to do after two days in the hospital...he actually checked himself out after the nurse saidall they are gonna do is keep you in here a week and put you on IV drips no medications will help only make it worse.they didnt want him to leave he could not afford the Er and high priced medical bills already spending 6,000$ no insurance.
He met up with a liver specialist that did more blood work and looked at the test the specialist thinks its just old redblood cells dyinga nd cant make it through the liver fast enough and a possible gall bladder block.But he isnt getting worse and his rbc has gone down from the first day to 3 days later as if its getting better....I guess in 3-5 more days he will know or not..

I guess its possible, nothing is impossible in medicine, but usually you would need massive cell death to do this, like drug induced hemolysis....Thing is, i doubt any of the drugs he took would increase his RBCs THAT much, enough so where normal cell turnover would produce prehepatic jaundice.

I called him around 6 today to get more info
he had a sonargram the images were of his liver and gallbladder the ducts are not clogged going to the gall bladder from the liver but a duct comming out of the gallbladder seems to be blocked not all the way but a slight blockage.
not a gallbladder stone but seems the walls of the duct are covered with thick stuff making the exit smaller this is cuasing the fluids back up through the gallbladder unto the liver.

the doc seems to think its the bile increase trying to destroy the old dead rbc's

I dont know what is going to happen next

But bile doesnt break down billirubin?
Strictures are one of the causes for cholestatic jaundice, similar to what you are describing with his ducts?

im not sure thats what he told me the gall bladder was backing up not allowing the liver to drain the dead red blood cells fast enough so they were circulating around in his body leaving pigment in his skin and eyes..
something about bile was making his pop grey

i'm gonna see him tommarrow and get a exact discription of what going on. he is really tired and dose not speak to loud he is trying to recover so i might have mis heard something or he might have said something incorrect.hes kinda out of it .really tired
 
Bile is the stuff that makes your poop brown, so when the liver stops puting bile through the billiary system, no brown, grey shit. If there was no blockage, all that billi would be carried through...making shit brown.

Let him recover for now, the drugs are done and im sure hes getting bloodwork to see whats going on, from the S/S youve told me though, i think it more that just extra RBC breakdown. I get very analytical about this shit as you can see.

he got out awhile ago.. the docs did cat scans ultra sounds... his liver gallbladder and pancreas were functioning well...
he had a enlarged spleen (splemogenaloy) the spleen could not handle the rbc counts it tried to kill um off and make new ones so the by product was bilirum staining his eyes and body
also his cholestrol was 308 bad 8 good...
so he has what is know as fatty liver stopping the flow..

jaundice is one of the key symptoms of liver failure and this sounds spot on!!! he doesn't need to play around with this ONE BIT!!!! I had someone very close to me need a liver transplant and jaundice was so bad before he got it it looked like death bro!! skin greenish tone eyes yellow, also the teeth will become brittle and break away if it persists!! ass there is also calcium depletion!! it's not something to mess with and if he is worried about a bill at the hospital wait till they tell him he needs a transplant... it's a serious life altering thing and you have to take meds for the rest of your life that are not all that fun!! and that's if he's lucky enough to have the insurance to cover it... because without good insurance you don't get transplants and that's no way to die!!! best thing you do for your bro is get in your car and drive him to a doctor!!!
