ya, another protien question

ok this is my 3rd, 2lbs, container of whey protien in about 2 months. 2 scoops in the morning (36g) and 2 scoops half hour after my work out. should i take a month off or something?
btw my diet is good. lots of chicken, lean meat, vegies, complex carbs, etc.
 
Usually I cycle supplements (creatine, pro-hormones, fat-burners, etc.), however, I never cycle protien intake.

Your body will not recover from workouts and build new muscle without protein. If you decide that you want to take a break from the protein shakes, thats fine. But you need to make up the lost protein in your diet somehow.
