I should rename this thread- back on track. After travelling all last week, I feel like today is a new beginning.
Yesterday-
Around 10 AM- Slept in!! Took sesapure and glucorell then ate-
Buckwheat pankcakes with strawberries & strawberry protein powder
12 noon, two t-rex
Gym for biceps, back, 50 mins cardio
3pm Took sesapure and glucorell then ate-
tuna on whole wheat
also shared one apple and one orange w/boyfriend
5:30 PM, four whole wheat crackers w/all nat peanut butter
7:30 PM Took sesapure and glucorell then ate-
5 oz chicken breast
1.5 cups broccoli
3/4 cup brown rice
9:30 PM - soooo hungry
protein shake with skim milk and ice
