So I have been pounding it in the gym for almost a year now and I set fairly loose goals in the begining. I was 252 with a 40-41 inch waist and looked like hell. I just wanted to lose 20 lbs before the first of the year and look half way decent.

So New Years just passed and I am at 212. I have been apprehensive about trying on smaller clothes so I switched to 38's but always knew they were loose. So me and my wife went to American Eagle tonight and what fit me, 34's!

Right now I am in strict bulking mode. No less than 4000 cals per day, no cardio except walking, and make sure my compund lifts go up each week. My weight is up from 208 right before Christmas but my waist is still shrinking. I still have slight bitch tits and the waist ring from the 250+ days but I can tell they are working thier way out.

I am thinking of starting a straight test cycle at the end of Jan until I start my cut in April but who knows. I think I am ready, we'll see.

Congrats man!

I remember the first time I got into 34 after being on the verge of 44's almost. It took me around 6-7 months and I finally needed at LEAST one pair of nice pants for special occasions and I kept trying them on and they were all too damned big. Now my 34's are a little loose around the waist.

I about shit myself the day I found out I wore Meduim sized shirt. I wished I could bulk but I'm cutting till I see my abs. It sucks getting these crappy lifting numbers.

Well done.. Its always a great feeling when you've accomplished a goal..

Good on you.. Keep it up and keep logging!

What sucks is when your old favorite pair of jeans(everybody has em) don't fit you anymore. lol but I suppose I would give up 20 pounds of body fat to get into a smaller pair of jeans.

what about my 4 month old Ralph Lauren suit that fit perfect. 500 bucks down the crapper.

congrats man..not to much longer until you'll be over 200lbs at 8% bf..keep workin hard and eatin clean
