So I was reading this weekend in another thread where somebody said that fiber, lactose, fructose, and fat were bad PWO. So basically water, whey powder, dextrose, and oats (or another source of maltodextrie? Is there one?). Is there ANYTHING else I could add to the shake, cause I just had one & that shit was nasty. Less than tasty food rarely bothers me. plain tuna, funky wierd creatine mix, plain egg whites are all cool, in fact if I'm hungry I really don't notice. But that shit (granted I have vanilla isopure which is prolly the worst flavor to mix with water) is awful. I can get it down, but isn't there anything I could put in there to help out? maybe a powder that goes with water better?
Also, how long should I wait before my blood sugar goes back to a normal state and I can 'safely' eat sugars and fats again?
