Plenty of fitness chicks use GH/IGF to lean up, I know several I've trained that do. I've trained a couple that got good results with low-dose winny and NPP also... 10mg/day of winny or 50mg e3d or so with NPP. Var up to 15mg/day and primo 100mg/week seem to be mostly side-effect free as well. Then again, I've seen a few "women"( I use this term lightly now) that run cyles that half of US wouldn't touch! Test/deca/dbol, drol, tren, you name it, some girl has run it.
