take a bowl and put yogurt (3/4 cup), 1 tblspoon chili powder, 1/2 tblspoon garlic powder or ginger powder, the juice from 2 lemons, and some mustard powder if you want.
Mix it together and put it on 2 lbs of chicken. let it to rest for 30 minutes. Cut up tomatoes. Put the chikcen pieices in something you can place in teh oven and put the tomatoes on top of the chicken. Whatever pan you use, make sure to cover it with foil and add a tablespoon of olive oil and spread it around.
Let it cook for 30 minutes or around that much time ( maybe a little less, maybe more) and you'll have barbecue type chicken that you can take around in tupperware or make great sandwiches out of , etc.
