Recently quit the gym, bought a heavy bag, pair of gloves. a medicine ball and a skipping rope. Could anyone suggest a workout circuit for me?

try minute of each for 3 minutes 1 minute rest in between 3 rounds , thats a fight, 1 min, bag work, 1 min ball crunch, 1 min rope.

Try this circuit training hit the heavy bag for one minute make sure you try combinations of all the punches jabs hooks upper cut then right after that without rest do jump rope for i minute and right after that with the medicine ball do jack knife crunches rest for a minute do the same circuit again for at least 4 times and see how you feel. If you have any wind left in you do another complete set. good luck

Once you put your circuit together, add a form of Tabata HIIT to it. The one I am currently doing has 10 exercises per cycle and goes for 10 cycles. Each cycle goes for different lengths of time, for example the exercises in the first cycle may go for 15 seconds each with a 10 second break between cycles, the next cycle may have each exercise going for 40 seconds with a 15 second break etc. You can use the workout that NattyShirts put up and add planks, jumping, pushups, sit-ups, uppercuts, body shots on the bag, etc. The aim is to keep the intensity up, and dont worry about the power yet, concentrate on speed.

Good luck and have fun.

Quitting gum that’s gig decision but sometimes we do not get what we except from the gym but happy for you, you are going back to the basics. But I have no idea what should be your routine but I will also like to know.

Master the jump rope. Double unders, crossovers, running on the spot crossovers...look up floyd mayweather jump rope routine & buddy lee jump rope instruction on utube.
