OK I've never had a real workout program before so i was wondering if some1 could help me create 1. I've been weight lifting on and off for about 6 months and made some ok noob gains but i want to do it seriously now. any help would be appreciated thanks
Let everyone hear your goals. Are you training for a sport? Wanting to put on muscle mass? Wanting to lose weight? Give the members of Elite something to work with and I'm sure they'll provide you with much information.

The 5x5 routine is good for beginners, as well as HST for bodybuilding. Both are linked in the sticky at the top. Most important thing is EAT EAT EAT EAT!
