Was just noticing that your head is down when doing the snatch...it is supposed to be that way? I really don't know...

you mean when I catch the bar at the top?

No, it's just my usual reaction when I do an overhead squat. Bad habit I guess. head is facing downwards , but I'm looking straight ahead. Might explain why my forehead got grazed by the bar on one rep.... ;)

Right now I'm yanking the bar too much rather than using my legs to fire it up. I'm too bent over I need to fix this.

I'm weighing around 208lbs at the moment. Pretty bulky, I'll be leaning up towards the end of the year
