No, it's just my usual reaction when I do an overhead squat. Bad habit I guess. head is facing downwards , but I'm looking straight ahead. Might explain why my forehead got grazed by the bar on one rep....
Right now I'm yanking the bar too much rather than using my legs to fire it up. I'm too bent over I need to fix this.
