when your working a certain muscle how many types of diffrent machines/free weights do you use?
example - Biceps, what do you do to work them out? curls ect....

Depends what bodypart for me. For parts I need a lot of work on I do from 3-4 exercises maybe twice a week as to where I don't need much work on (traps) i do 3 sets of 1 exercise per week.
