working out am or pm

around 3:05 on weekdays, and on sunday's about 11:00. if you can get a good meal in in the morning and you're a morning person then by all means go for it!

The later the better. I am way stronger as the day progresses. I've had a few meals in me and the engine is up and running at that point. I prefer late night 9pm-ish. But my clock is probably not the same as most. I go to sleep around 4am and wake up around 11-12pm.
 
I usually work out around 10AM, which is 3 or 4 hours after breakfast (my big meal of the day). I do home office work from about 7:00 to 10, then I work out, shower, and then do other work in the afternoon. I'd like to work out at night, but I usually am too tired by the time all the work's done.
