I'm taking a 19-nordiol/4ad stack which has greatly improved things. I've noticed since I've been taking this that even if I work hard on a certain muscle group (work to failure) I don't feel sore the next day (or any other day). Does this mean I can work that muscle group more often or should I still only work it a couple times a week for maximum growth? Does "no pain" indicate that the muscle has been healed and is ready to go again? Any comments. Thanks.
 
Right now I'm taking the 4Diol. At first the pumps hurt really friekin bad at the gym, then my strength shot up really quick, didn't add any weight though. As far as recovery i've noticed also that it's a bit faster as well. I can only attest to what i've done, and that's work out harder, and more frequently. I don't know about your whole pain thing, b/c when i leave the gym i'm barely standing lol. I guess you just have to put that much more intensity into it.
 
To put it simply -- no
just because your muscles aren't sore does not mean that they are fully or vene mostly recovered
