I'm taking a 19-nordiol/4ad stack which has greatly improved things. I've noticed since I've been taking this that even if I work hard on a certain muscle group (work to failure) I don't feel sore the next day (or any other day). Does this mean I can work that muscle group more often or should I still only work it a couple times a week for maximum growth? Does "no pain" indicate that the muscle has been healed and is ready to go again? Any comments. Thanks.
