I'm 26, 5'7 at 145lb. I have used a clen cycle in the past for 3 weeks and had much success using it. I wanted to add T3 in my cycle and prolong the use of the clen using ketotifen after three week mark and use it for 5 weeks. I eat pretty clean, low in carbs high protein...i work out 3-5 days a weeks 40 minutes of cardio and 3 days of strength training. I take daily vitamins of CLA, Green Tea, Garlic, Multi, ALA... My questions are...
How much T3 should i start out with and go up to during my cycle? my tabs are 25mg,
I know u must taper off using T3...i was thinking a half pill of 12.5 and go up to using 37.5 and then taper back down to 12.5...or should i go up to 50mg and taper off from there?
Also i heard NOT to eat calcium while using t3, does anyone have any experience with that?
also when using ketotifen during my 3rd week, do i still increase the dosage of the clen and t3?
i have read i do not need to take a higher dosage of clen when introducing ketotifen to my cycle, i have 20mg clen. i start with 20 and go up to 80 and taper off back to 20.
If anyone has a 4-6 week cycle for a female using t3 and clen and introducing ketotifen into the mix would be appreciated
