Yea, I did about 400 sets of seated calf raises. It was easier to hide my "swelling" when siting down.

Well I usally wear my hair in a ponytail, but latly I have been leaving it down. I was wanting to cut it off but hubby dosen't want me to. it down to the middle of my back. so having it up keeps it out of my face. but after reading this thread, back up it goes.
I always thought guys liked it down, but maybe I was wrong, we need to take a poll on that too. lol
