Do I have to post the write up from page 1 again? There are reasons for everything. Ahh hell.

Women use sex to trick men into marriage.
Then they turn off the sex life and would rather have more leisure time to sit and eat ice cream, twinkies, ding dongs and watch life time movie channel. They will ration it out from time to time as a bargaining chip.
The shirking work model in labor economics applies. They are actually jumping to a higher indifference curve (more total utility/satisfaction) by shirking work - not meeting their husband's needs - to gain more leisure time. They are recieving more total utility because they are still getting paid the same amount in standard of living, quality of life that they are getting from the husband still bringing home the same amount of bacon.
