Tontitown is a small community between Fayetteville and Springdale AR, known mostly as the location of two decent Italian restaurants (Venetian Inn and Mary Maestri's). Fayetteville (home of the University of Arkansas), Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville (home of Walmart) are four communities along Hwy 71 that sort of run together to form one larger metropolitan area near the border with Missouri, and not far from Oklahoma either.

This story sort of reminds me of the Yorkshire family in Monty Python's "The Meaning Of Life", where the mother plops out another baby as she's standing at the sink washing dishes.
