Winny/ Tren and High BP

I just finished 6 weeks of winny 100mg eod and Tren 150mg EOD. Had to go to the Doctor for a cold and had my blood pressure taken, read out at 173/82. Im 25 exactly how bad is that? The doctor was like thats really high, so I told her I just took some ephedrine (dont blame me for the ban! lol). How can I bring my blood pressure down now that Im off (I just finished yesterday) I need to take a physical for a new job next week and would like to have my blood pressure at a more normal level. Thanks for any help and info

That's really really high! 130/80 is around the highest it should be. Search for blood pressure aids here.

OTC cold/sinus/allergy meds can also raise BP. If you had taken any of those they would also have an affect. Many things can raise BP, even eating.

Nonetheless, you should be a bit concerned. Follow your doctor's advice.

Taking 100mgs aspirin before bedtime has been shown to lower BP on avg. by about 6mm/Hg sys. and 4mm/Hg dia.

BUT, I'd suggest getting on some cardio, and keeping your diet in check as was suggested earlier.

get some clomid and clen then start on eca right away.that will get you better.
