Water based AS, yes. I have shot fina a few times in the biceps, and they looked normal the next day. I also shoot winny in the delts EOD sometimes, and the definition I get is insane.

You think I should add some of my sust or deca along with my winny to these site injections since im going to be shooting any way ?

If u want localized growth you need to shoot about 2-3ccs in each Bicep atleast EOD. Otherwise only shoot bis when u need another place to shoot.
