hey!! im a 16 year old boy, i have been working out for 6 months now..Before i started to work out i was fat,now i have a muscular frame..but i have no definition due to the exess fat. I am starting to deit and take fat burners to get ripped i have also change my workout strategy to accomodate my plans. I also want to gain mass in the same process, but doing so i have to eat alot. my question is..if I train hard to get ripped then after train again to become massive wil i loose my definition i worked hard for due to the massive amount of food intake?? or will i stay ripped and get bigger? thank you!
