I'm following 5/3/1 method for my Bench,squat and deadlifts
it's push/pull/legs hybrid style.
I want to train all my muscles twice a week
I want to know if this looks alright. thanks
Monday - Squat 5/3/1
Tuesday - OHP 5/3/1(Shoulder prioritize)
Wednesday - Deadlift 5/3/1
Thursday - Legs (low weight on squats)
Friday - Bench 5/3/1 (Chest prioritize)
Saturday - Back (No deadlift)
Sunday - REST.
just some thought, I'm natty btw (as for now)
