Back on topic, not only squatt to the floor, how about some SLDL's and some good mornings? Dont they hit your ass hard too?:p
 
Squats, Deadlifts, and good mornings (and multiple variations of those 3); glute-ham raise; reverse-hypers; pull-thoughs; olympic lifts; sprinting. I can't keep my ass from NOT growing.
 
I measured my ass the other day, and it was like 50 inches or something, lol. Anyway, I just do deep squats and deadlifts.
 
These are the four exercises that will give you a booty. Follow this list (and praise Spatts for including sprints):

Sprint

Squats (ATF low rep sets)
Leg press (Set the back rest back as far as it will go and do 2 20 reps sets)

Straight leg dead lift

Make leg day your friend... lift heavy... and you will get a booty.

We should do a separate thread on how many of us ripped boxers doing ATF squats.

I knew my glutes were growing when it finally dawned on my why I ripped probably 4 pair of boxers in a row.
 
Here's how I grew my booty:

Leg Press
Full Squats
SLDL

in 8 months... 35.25 inches -> 38.0 inches. All my female friends were taken aback (ahaha no pun intended) when I came back from college.
