Follow this list (and praise Spatts for including sprints): Sprint Squats (ATF low rep sets) Leg press (Set the back rest back as far as it will go and do 2 20 reps sets) Straight leg dead lift Make leg day your friend... lift heavy... and you will get a booty.

We should do a separate thread on how many of us ripped boxers doing ATF squats. I knew my glutes were growing when it finally dawned on my why I ripped probably 4 pair of boxers in a row.
