gymtime New member Nov 15, 2002 #3 Cardio is cardio. You cannot spot-burn fat. If you feel like your legs are too big/fat, dont work them as much and pretty much any cardio you choose will help burn the fat off. But like LS said, you risk losing upper body muscle as well.
