Alright... so my workout looks like this:
Sunday: Abs
Monday: Chest/Calves
Tuesday: Abs
Wednesday: Back/Shoulders
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Arms
Where should I start sprints? 1x a week I'm guessing... maybe tuesday? Because it's pretty far from leg day, which is probably helpful. Though, deadlifts do hit quads and such too.
And then, when should I move up to 2x a week? I guess when I feel comfortable.
