Why not shake homebrew fina?

Why is it bad to shake homebrew fina instead of swirl while trying to get the pellets to dissolve? Are you screwed if you shook the hell of it after if wouldnt completely dissolve after sitting for a few days?

When you shake the fina before it dissolves, bits and pieces of tabs often get stuck to the sides or lodged at the top of the rubber stopper. Could make ur fina to be not the planned mg/ml

ok i thought it had something to do with the glue oxidizing? maybe not?
