kinda like how the age of consent is 16 years old, you can legally engage in any hetero-sexual sex act you want, but you have to be 18 to watch it.

I've had the same thoughts about this subject. It's a victimless crime...
If legalized it would be safer for the girls all the way around. Plus, they would have to be tested for HIV & STDs protecting the public as well. It works in NV.
