I do 12 reps when I go high and rest 2 minutes betwean sets....last time I got stuck on my second set at 8 rep and than switched to flat dumbbell bech and did 2 sets of 12
what am I suppose to look for? being able to do more reps or being able to lift more weight with the same rep? should I increase the resp beriod since I always trained low reps? I feel like I need to add some mass to help me with strength starining later but I feel like I dont respond to high reps
