why I dont respond to high reps?

I do 12 reps when I go high and rest 2 minutes betwean sets....last time I got stuck on my second set at 8 rep and than switched to flat dumbbell bech and did 2 sets of 12

what am I suppose to look for? being able to do more reps or being able to lift more weight with the same rep? should I increase the resp beriod since I always trained low reps? I feel like I need to add some mass to help me with strength starining later but I feel like I dont respond to high reps

Or jogging on shale mountains. Hear that's good for bulking calves or dying out there in mooslim country. Maybe try it. If you don't report back we will know you've slipped, fell, took a tumble, and broke every bone in your body. But at least you've probably trained your goat to fuck you while being immovable
