As for odd workout attire, I am the king (or queen ), mainly on upper body days... I can be found in slippers/mocassins (if cold), barefeet, colourful striped pyjama pants, thermal leggings (great if sprinting in the cold, but make sure you've got shorts over them!) etc...
Hmm, I make it sound like a regular event... I did post videos of me doing rows in slippers once though...
