I think we (men) tend to cheat because we know that it's bad... and dis-trustful to your woman which makes it more exciting, fun and sneaky.... Kinda like eating your favorite junk food even you know its bad for you. but then of course, you'll become guilt ridden.

yea definitely alcohol lol. I think it;s just our nature to have numerous partners, but sometimes natural urges must be overcome to look out for everyones best interest. If you really care about someone then it shouldnt be a problem. If you cant seem to stop cheating on someone, then you're obviously not ready for a commitment whether you'd like to admit it or not.

When I was 17 - I was a poon hound. I did not chase it, I was pursued - no shit. I would act shy and girls would come running. I learnd this by complete mistake. I then took advantage. I had 0 respect for women. I thought they were all trash. THEN - I met my wife (to be) and she was not that type of girl. I was really taken in by a girl that would say no and not have any doubt in her mind. Many of my friends (who knew of her) said you will never get that one. We started dating and three months later she gave in. I was an asshole broke her heart and went on the next one. About two months later. I realized the mistake I made. I asked her back took about 2 months of work. We were engaged a couple of years later. I thought to myself what am I doing (getting married). . . .
I met this girl that I messed around a few months before we were to get married. I felt like shit. You see there is something that you will learn (some of you lucky ones) if you find the right woman. You will reach a point where you will give her you heart. AT that point, no girl is worth messing up what I have with my wife. We have been married 11 years and she still turns me on. A good woman that is well taken care of will provide you more pleasure than a 1 night stand. I know from personal experience. There is nothing like "making love" to a woman that you truly love. It is the greatest sexual experience you will ever have. I have violated women in many ways. After you have conquered your fantasies you will want more. You will never be happy and you will never really TRULY enjoy sex.
I truly hope some of you guys will take a moment and cherish the women you are with. Treat them like a queen (all the time) and you will have more excitement in your bedroom that you could every imagine.
The hard part is to fall in love so deeply that you are completely vulnerable to that women. This was VERY tough for me as I was not one to even consider falling in love. However, when you reach that point NOTHING will satisfy you more. I guarantee it!!!

I have been cheated on, and have cheated in my day.
From his end, i was about hmm maybe 19. He used the excuse that i wasn't paying enough attention to him. I believe it has to do with being young too. It depends, some men Just feel the need to have multiple woman to feel that "excitment" over and over, but sometimes find someone they want to make a go with, and in the end become weak when loaded or approached. I think of course it has alot to do with the person, and alot of other issues depending on a case to case basis. Woman and men are both quilty of this, but i believe when you find that someone that makes you feel complete, then that urge will go away.
Mine hasn't gone away yet, but ive learned valuable lessons lets just say that. If you know yourself, (which we all do) then me man or woman enough to let the person know ahead of time, that you are not ready to be totally bound to one person that's all.. simple as that.

IMHO, if someone is open and honest about their intentions and what they want there is no need for cheating. There are more than enough people out there that are perfectly happy in having open relationships and in fact prefer things that way. But, if you are in a committed serious relationship and it is understood that things are exclusive and you cheat, it's because you are spineless and lack character and virtue amongst other things.
I think that sometimes people get in to a position where they don't necessarily want to lose someone, and maybe they don't want to be alone, which isn't necessarily the best way to be, but, whenever an opportunity presents they cheat because they want to be with another person, or other people, but they don't want to be alone or cut lose from what has become familiar.
