Homophobia definitely plays a role. A friend of mine of mine had a girl crawl so far up his ass tossing his salad that he decided he would never let anyone else(female) do it again. I think there could be multiple reasons for this.
1. Most men have hairy asses.
2. The homo issue, Most manly men are afraid like stated earlier if I really like this, does it mean im gay.
