That being said, yes I have used it. Its a pain in the ass but it costs a lot less than Western Union and if done right, is almost totally safe to send money without a trace.

You retrieve your money by asking for it, then specify your preferred method of withdrawal. Check, Paypal, etc.

Nobody uses it for laundering money.

It doesn't clean the money at all.

Laundering means it appears to come to you through legit means.
In this case, you can't just say, "I got it off my EvoCash account."

EvoCash is not only very very hackable, it's also eventually going to rape people of their money.
