I have flat feet and I train hard which is not fun for my ankles and recently I've begun to experience what I believe to be achilies tendinitis. How do I know for sure? Do I have to stop training to get better, is there any other way?
Well maybe I'll heed your advice and wear them. They are such a pain in the ass when you have more than one pair of shoes, I never know where they are.
Obviously its difficult to do 100% of the time. Fortunately, you don't need them in constantly to make a difference. Nevertheless, wear them as much as possible, especially when running and the like.
What is bextra and where can I get it? Celebrex isnt' that a glucosamine chondrotin complex? What about SAM-e or a MSM type supplement. I haven't heard anyone say stop, just work through it and take some joint/anti inflamatory compounds.
Whatever you do.......DON'T stop training. I have that problem in my shoulder so I quit for 3 years........never got any better.......finally said fuck it and started up again.......after two months the pain disappeared and hasn't come back.
