This was my first day trying a Keto diet....And its my last as of this second. Blah, my lips are stinging from all the salt.
 
dude, this shit is fucked up! you guys got another 5 pages of stuff here in the last hour!!!!! holy shit. i never seen a thread grow so fast!

I'll let you know how my transition back into regular diet world goes in a couple of weeks. I have to have EVERYTHING planned out so I feel comfortable with the change. Also, I can't mess it up that way.

I think I'm gonna use your diet layout that you posted up a week or so ago as a target for my macro nutrient layouts. Looks like I could shave another percent or two off that way.

Yeah man......Your other diet is pretty solid. At least you have a good diet to fall back into :D
